Assemblyman Neil M. Cohen was caught in his legislative office printing pornographic photos of children. He resigned in disgrace and spent 14 months in prison, ending a political career in which he rose to a deputy speakership while serving as an attorney for several local government boards.

His crime rocked the Statehouse over a decade ago when two colleagues reported him to authorities after the disturbing images were found at the Union County offices they shared.
